To motivate a workforce we went the extra mile. Using travel as a central idea, we developed and launched a staff rewards campaign with digital and tactical elements. We encouraged staff and departments to go the distance, earn travel miles and secure their seat on a VIP journey to BMW Welt in Munich.
Communication was updated on a regular basis and supported by tactical creative within the workplace to boost engagement. Staff exchanged travel miles to exchange for prizes throughout the year and monthly winners received travel visas to get them one step closer to a boarding pass to Munich. The success of this campaign led to many more that we conceptualised, produced and delivered for BMW Financial Services.
