To Munich and Beyond. To motivate a workforce we went the extra mile. Using travel as a central idea, we developed and launched a staff rewards campaign with digital and tactile elements, encouraging staff and departments to go the distance and earn travel miles which culminated in winners travelling to the BMW Welt in Munich. Communication was updated regularly - unique passports were stamped with progressive travel visas as the campaign progressed and messaging was additionally supported with tactical and strategically positioned creative within the workplace. This was one of many more internal campaigns we conceptualised, produced and delivered for BMW Financial Services.
